Thanks for finding my first blog post.  This is where I will talk about anything and everything, and some times, about nothing at all.  I am going to GMA Music Week next week and hope to blog and or podcast at least once a day.  My goal for that is to share the whole GMA experience with you.

GMA  is a crazy week where everybody that has anything to do with the Christian Music Industry converges on Nashville for the annual convention.  There are opportunities for meeting up with the artists, meeting others involved in the same field ( I am in for radio and concert promotion ).  You never know who you will run in to.  The first year I went, I was in the lobby of the hotel, and got run into by someone.  I heard excuse me, I’m so sorry as I was picking up my bag.  I looked to see who it was that was talking to me, and it was none other than Steven Curtis Chapman.

There are also some of the best lunches.  You go into have lunch, and while you are eating, some of the biggest names in Christian music perform.  Last year I saw Leeland, Casting Crowns, Kutless, Disciple and more.  You also get some pretty cool gifts and a chance to meet the artists after lunch.  Very Cool!
