I hope that the outage was not the result of not paying the internet bill. That has happened more then once at where I work. It seems that the person who pays the bills seems to forget about the warehouse and our bills do not get paid on time.

Hey Thomas,
It was more of a widespread power outage and the computer that runs all of the automation software had a mojor hard drive crash. It turns out that machine had been online for almost 5 years continuous. Not bad for a Windows Machine!
We should hopefully be online this week!
