This has been a crazy week. Last Monday morning I saw a tweet from Brad mentioning praying for SSB and the St. Augustine crew. I didn’t know what to make of it and then I found out that Ron had passed away. Like many of the over 1500 people that have visited the site over the last week, I was shocked, floored, and felt the sorrow of losing a friend.

It has been hard to find something to blog about since then, partially because things have been hectic at work with a couple of high profile projects and an imminent move to our main headquarters which is going to add about 1 1/2 hours per day in commuting time. That is OK, because I am super thankful that I am fortunate to be employed, especially with the same company for over 15 years now. I had a close call in December where the amount of people in my position went from 2 to 1… I’m the last man standing..
Tonight I had a mission team meeting at church. We started talking about something really close to my heart. I’m going to spill my guts about that in another post.
I will get back on my somewhat offbeat schedule soon… I Promise
